1. Our Services
XPERT SERVICES PESHAWAR provides solar panel installation, inverters and batteries, electrician, plumber and CCTV security services, professional cleaning services (including sofa and upholstery, solar panel, AC, carpet and swimming pool cleaning), and web development and digital services. The final scope of work and price are confirmed with you before any work begins.
2. Bookings & Quotes
Quotes are provided on WhatsApp or by phone and are based on the information you share. A free site survey may be arranged for solar and larger projects. If the actual work differs significantly from the described scope, the price may be adjusted with your prior approval.
3. Payments
Payment terms are agreed with you before the service begins. We accept cash and commonly used payment methods in Pakistan, as agreed at the time of booking. Advance payment may be required for equipment and materials.
4. Product Warranty
Solar panels, inverters, batteries and other products we supply come with official manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled according to the respective manufacturer's terms. Workmanship on installation is covered as agreed at booking.
5. Site Access & Safety
Please ensure our team can safely access the areas to be serviced. For rooftop solar panels, wall-mounted AC units or similar work, the site must be safe and accessible for our workers. We may pause or decline work that poses an unreasonable safety risk.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your requirement, location and site conditions, and to obtain any permissions needed for the work (for example, building or society approvals).
7. Liability
We take care to protect your property while working. While we use professional equipment and trained staff, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear to items, surfaces or equipment. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel a booking by informing us in advance on WhatsApp or by phone. For equipment already ordered, cancellation terms may apply.
9. Right to Refuse
We may decline jobs that pose a safety risk, fall outside our professional services, or involve unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual Property
